Welcome to Deane Street Studio!

We offer art classes, workshops, and camps in a small setting for those who love to create! Classes are lead by Lorien Leyden, a local artist educator who loves teaching art to students of all levels of experience and any age! New classes are starting in February...

Classes
Teaching Style
Policies

Adult classes are limited to six students. This allows for a calm and relaxing environment to explore and create! Students receive the support or guidance that they need in this small group setting.

Children's classes and camps are limited to eight students or campers. Artists love to explore and move their bodies! Camps will include taking walks through the wooded area from the studio backyard.

Parking

Parking is limited! Carpooling and drop offs are best. There are a few spots in front of the studio and along the street (when snow is not falling :).

Lorien is an experienced educator of all ages. She has been teaching since she was a young student and is most passionate about teaching art. She will always have a lesson or plan for each session and is encouraging of students to follow their artistic voices and break rules "like an artist". There is no one way to create and Lorien wants Deane Street Studio to be a place for all to feel comfortable to express themselves through art!
